Gillian's Foods Spaghetti Brown Rice Pasta Description
My daughter, Gillian, was diagnosed with Celia disease in 1992 when she was six years oil. Learning what foods were and were not safe was an exhausting process. Many additives are wheat-based and found in most common foods.
For me, an executive chef, finding a palatable bread that would not fall apart in Gillian's lunch box was my first mission. many years of research and experimentation resulted in not only bread, but a whole line of healthy foods that Gillian has given a "thumbs up" to.
Gillian's Foods is proud to offer what we think is the best wheat free, gluten free and dairy free pasta on the market today. Enjoy! ~ Chef Bob

Brown rice is the least processed form of rice. It has the bran layer, which gives this pasta a slightly chewier texture, the tan color, and the nut-like flavor. Brown rice grains are higher in fiber and nutritional content - oils, Vitamin Bs and important minerals than white rice.
