It's spicy, sweet , gingery ingredients are a perfect addition to fish, vegetables, pork, beef , and chicken dishes. Great dipping sauce! Tasty This sauce has an interesting somewhat asian-like taste to it especially if you add items like pickled ginger OR wasabi. very nice with fried foods and sauteed too. September 18, 2012

I like most things with ginger. This sauce is a perfect blend of spicy and sweet. I use it as a dipping sauce for many things, for example pot- stickers. I also use it a glaze for fish, a substitute for ketchup and and any thing that needs a little spicing up. August 24, 2012
