Ok. Not for Me
I gave this 3stars not because its a bad product, but because it doesn't meet the needs that I had purchased it for and because it has silicones. I was looking for an alternative to gel for controlling my edges when i wear pony tails but this doesn't hold well for that. After about 2 hours my edges are out of control again. I thinks its the high humidity here that causes this but either way it doesn't meet my needs. I think this is better for flexible styling if you want something in between a light gel and a heavy gel. I ran out of gel and conditioner this week and so i used it on my hair while dry and it did soften my hair. It is kind of sticky so I would suggest using a small amount. It reminds me of a cross between Redkin's Rewind and Hair Grease. Since it has silicones I will not purchase it again, because I can just use a regular silicone gel with better results.

Not for those sensitive to fragrance
Both me and my husband are very sensitive to fragrance and we have to use things with either no added fragrance or only essential oils added. I dont think I read the ingredients very well or something on this, but I researched waxes and pomades based on the reviews. So I bought a couple of waxes for him that had high reviews and mentioned the fragrance was pretty low. I have to be the voice for those who have high sensitivities. Maybe we are the only ones, but if there are others - here you go:
It definitely has a strong scent for a natural product. For him, it is not so bad, but on days that he has bad sinus pressure or a headache, he cant use it. For me (and Im not the one using it) if I am having a headache (which is everyday, all day these days) this will not do. He sometimes has to take a shower because I cannot take the smell. On other days, when my meds work like they should, it doesnt bother me. But, as Im looking for something he doesnt have to wash out because of me, I will say this product is a big thumbs down. Im very disappointed that a so called natural product has so much fragrance in it. Please, please - if anyone from these companies read comments - take out the fragrance or make fragrance free versions, because the product itself was great. Not sticky, it held his short hair in the style that he wanted and didnt flake or get like glue. So, if you dont mind the smell, or the dangers of the added chemicals from the fragrance - you should try it cause it works great!

Great control without a lot of weight
Our son uses this daily. His hair is easy to comb and stays in place throughtout the day. He is 5 and active!
