Love shampoo, HATE bottle Giovanni, I hope you read this. This is the worst bottle design I have ever seen. It is so hard to get the product out when you want it, and it leaks when you don't need product. Truly a terrible design. Such a shame because the product is awesome. September 22, 2012

Terrible bottle I love Giovanni shampoo and have been using exclusively for years. Do not buy this product. The bottles are terrible. They leak so u lose product and need to clean up always. They are also awkward to stand up and difficult to tell shampoo and conditioner apart. I don't notice any difference in my brown / grey hair. December 26, 2011
