Moisturizes DRY, DAMAGED hair
If you have very dry, brittle, damaged hair, this will cure it for sure!.
I don't have that problem, so I can only use this conditioner once in awhile, as it is a VERY POTENT conditioning product.
It's highly moisturizing and makes my hair very "slick" and silky..

Definately makes hair softer
Just as everyone seems to say - it does make my hair feel softer -almost too soft. I just bought the shampoo as well. Like the fact that it mentions being healthy for hair's roots.

Great
I'm a newly natural (approximately 1 year relaxer free). I finally found a product that has help my 4C hair become soft and manageable after one use. I used this conditioner with the Giovanni Chinese Botanical Shampoo and this will be my go to product so long as it still works for me. So, so happy!

Great for scalp
This definitely helped get rid of my dandruff. The matching shampoo really cleans the scalp and afterwards I rub the conditioner into my scalp and just massage. Afterwards my scalp really feels fresh and tingly. I figured that rubbing all these nutrients on my scalp will moisturize and help my hair grow faster. Sometimes I leave it on overnight when doing other hair packs.

A good basic conditioner
It acts like a conventional hair conditioner. It works (reduces tangles), I just don't get the, "Wow! My hair looks amazing" (smooth curls, frizz-free, shiny) result.
