Does the job These are a little thinner than the organic unbleached cotton version, so I prefer these (i.e., They feel a little less like a pillow between my legs). They stay put, wash well, and are saving me lots of money in the long run! August 28, 2011

gladrag pantyliner glad rag used to make a liner that was longer and more effective. they redesigned and now they are too short and move around. I recommend using the day pad they make >>> it is longer and not that much thicker than this one. January 17, 2011

Snap the GladRags Pantyliner around your underwear. The tag side goes next t your underwear and the smooth side next to your body. Change the Pantyliner every 4 to 6 hours or as needed.
