I used The Keeper in my younger days and can highly recommend it. Once you get the knack of getting it in position, it's much more comfortable than pads or tampons. More economical and environmentally conscious too. Might be messy if you're at a public restroom with the sink outside the stall. I work at home so it was ideal for me. Most days, you should be able to get thru your workday or outing without needing to empty it. It should be emptied about 3 times a day.
