This product saves time and money
When you are gluten free, one of the biggest challenges is baking. This flour, when combined with Red Mill all purpose flour, makes great baked products.

versatile product
This flour can be used with all recipes that call for gluten type flour.
Blends well with other ingredients. My bake goods come out just fine and moist.

Great product
I've used this product to make cookies, bars, thicken gravy, etc, etc. in all the traditional ways you use a white all purpose flour. Even in delicate cookies people can not taste the difference
... but unfortunately, like all gluten free products your pastry products will be crumbly.
