Best gluten free mix at the best price This is the best gluten free cake mix I have found. It comes out very light and does not have a gritty or coarse texture (just watch it carefully because it overbakes easily and will become dry!) I have served this to people who are not gluten sensitive and they have said what a great cake it was--it's nice to have something gluten free that is actually BETTER than regular for once :) This is also THE best price I have found for this mix!
