Gluten-Free Pantry French Bread and Pizza Mix -- 22 oz Each / Pack of 2
Have used for about 3 years
A no hassle baking in a bread machine. About 5 minutes prep time, then set machine, wait 3 hours, lay loaf on cooling rack, slice with electric knife, put into freezer bags then freeze. Couldn't be simpler. Love it.

I LOVE gluten free 2 months ago and this was one of the 1st things I bought. It has a great taste and texture. I made the mix according to the directions, but instead of using all of it at once, I rolled it into balls and froze on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Then stored them in a ziptop bag. I can take 1 or 2 at a time to use as a pizza crust or a roll. Yummy. I can't tell the difference in this product and the Yeast Rolls I grew up eating.

Great product, bread comes out perfect everytime. Add honey for extra flavor and baste top with olive oil.

be aware--dough is VERY STICKY
I have to admit I have never made pizza dough before, so I don't have any comparable experience, but this dough was extremely sticky and difficult to work with by hand. I followed the box instructions carefully, but they don't explain that you need to flour the surfaces of everything you use to manipulate the dough, especially your hands. Once this dough gets on anything, especially your hands, it is stuck! The actual pizza crust ended up being much thicker because it was so difficult to work with, but the end product was pizza-like. Rather more bland than regular wheat flour pizza crust, but passable.

Great Pizza crust!
Liked this better for the pizza crust than for the french bread, but the bread was good. But best GF pizza crust I've had so far, since my diagnosis!
