Tasty and well priced
My family doesn't eat eggs or dairy, and my son is gluten intolerant, so I was thrilled that this cake responded well using dairy and egg alternatives. The timing for baking was perfect and everyone at our party raved at the taste. I've tried some other brands, which were fine, but this one is better priced.

Surprisingly Good
I did not expect much when I purchased this but to my surprise it tastes very good not gritty or dry but moist.

I used a recipe posted online using this mix, so I don't know if the lack of enthusiasm I have for it is due to the recipe or the mix. As with many gf flour or mixes, there was a small level of grainy-ness. The flavor was pretty good though and I would purchase again and try a different recipe.

For those of us who can't eat gluten, to be able to make & eat cake is exciting! It's a heavy, dense cake of course, not light & airy. But with it cut in layers, add creative fillings & toppings, it's divine! Mmmm! It's tasty just to eat by itself...like pound cake. Thank you for making it available! I will purchase this product again.
