Gluten-Free Pantry All-Purpose Flour -- 16 oz
I used this product to replace wheat flour in my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Although they tasted basically the same they fell apart when picking them up. Even after the cookies cooled this still happened. I will be testing other all purpose flours to find one that tastes great and holds my cookies together.

Fabulous texture and taste
I used this for the first time and made carrot cake cupcake and they were incredible. In the past when I tried other brands I was disappointed with the texture and taste.

This product saves time and money
When you are gluten free, one of the biggest challenges is baking. This flour, when combined with Red Mill all purpose flour, makes great baked products.

This flour can be used with all recipes that call for gluten type flour.
Blends well with other ingredients. My bake goods come out just fine and moist.
