Good Tasting
I like to dip these crackers into melted almond bark, let cool, then eat. I also enjoy them with cheese or all by itself.

Closest GF thing to saltines we've found.
I just wish the "nutrition" on them was a bit better and not so starchy, but if you are GF and want saltines, then this is your best bet! Very good. Even my picky husband who doesn't like my daughter's GF substitutes thought they were great.

Only "flour" is Corn Starch
I was excited about these crackers, being wheat-free and being the consistancy of a saltine. But I forgot to read the ingredients posted here. I assumed they were made from, say, rice, almond, coconut or potato flour. No, the first and main ingredient is Cornstarch. I'm trying to avoid corn-anything.
Did not go well in my body, at all. They taste allright. I still think that Vitacost is a fabulous company!

Delicious cracker
The cracker is very plain and overpriced but if you like crackers, you'll be trying it.

Wonderful crackers. Just what I wanted.
Great with gluten-free cheese and sandwich meat, or just alone when you want a cracker.
