I have eaten many fiber bars over the years to increase my fiber intake per day-- and this has got to be the BEST tasting fiber bar that I have ever eaten-- so many of the fiber bars out there taste like cardboard- but this my friend is definitely worth the purchase! Best flavor Banana Walnut is the best Gnu Bar flavor, imho, and I have tried them all. It tastes like banana bread yet provides a lot of healthy fiber. These are good for dieters because the high fiber fills you up and their calories are on the low end for bars. January 25, 2011
