great fiber content just make sure you drink plenty of liquids when taking this much fiber. i eat this with a cup of hot tea for breakfast. the taste is fine. not like a candy bar, but i buy it for the fiber, and it works! September 12, 2012

This is not a brownie. If you are looking for a healthy treat packed with fiber, this is it!!! If you're looking for a BROWNIE, this is not the one. It tastes more like fruit--dates and raisins and stuff, with a hint of chocolate. It's also really grainy--flax seeds running amok all through this bar! It tastes good...but it's not a brownie--not even close. October 5, 2011
