It's ok but by far not the best.
I just ordered this since it was 1 bar and relatively cheap. That being said this one really doesn't match up to the others I've had. It's low in calories but also very low in protein. The taste is pretty lackluster and tough like beef jerky. Overall it could have been worse but its not really worth trying even.

Medicine For My Body
These bars are without a doubt medicine for my body. If I start feeling run down and just generally not well, I will eat one of these and they completely give my body what it is missing. They are great as a pre-workout snack and before hiking! I buy these on a regular basis and can't live without them! They are very filling as well. I usually buy the bigger size bars at my local grocery store and it takes a while to eat the whole bar. Wonderful bars and I can't say enough good things about them!
