Go Raw 100% Organic Sprouted Sunflower Seeds -- 16 oz
Organic Sprouted Seeds
My favorite use for these seeds is in a salad of mixed greens, shredded carrots, mandarin orange sections, sprouted sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and blue cheese. Very yummy. I also make a tasty dressing by blending together lime infused olive oil, raspberry flavored balsamic vinegar, a dab of marmalade, and a little water. Best to store the seeds in the refrigerator to keep the flavor fresh.

Excellent quality & taste
I really enjoy the Go Raw sprouted seeds. The sunflower seeds are great tasting & healthy. I eat them as a snack by themselves, as well as adding them to my "health mix" of yeast flakes, lecithin, wheat germ & oil.

Convenient, Kid Friendly, Healthy, Great Price
I pair these sunflower seeds with pemmican and/or raw cheese as a snack for my 2 yr old son. Yes, it can be messy with his little fingers but we make do by pouring the seeds into a little cup/bowl and he spoons it out (great for his motor skills). The flavor is crunchy, fresh and slightly sweet. I will also use it my salads or place them in my homemade granola. I appreciate that the manufacturer keeps the food 'alive' and that the sprouting reduces the phytic acid in the seeds so our family can fully absorb all the nutrients & it's benefits. I personally have found that sprouting increases the flavor. Our diet incorporates a lot of healthy fats and this is a convenient fat snack to have on hand without me having to go through the whole sprouting & drying process at home & saves me time to do other things. I like the basic ingredients being only the sunflower seeds and celtic sea salt. We don't use refined table salt so that was another determining factor in buying this product. We also like their sprouted pumpkin seeds. We have tried the 'cookies' and find those to be OK but not amazing. I wish they offered sprouted raw nuts like pecans, macadamias, walnuts and the nut butters because we would buy them.

These raw, sprouted sunflower seeds are delicious... when they are fresh. Even though I keep them in the freezer, within a month the seeds lose their fresh taste. They are good for snacking, on top of salads, or topping an egg in the morning.
