Go Raw Simple Seed Mix -- 16 oz
I use these seeds on a regular basis to put in granola bars and baked goods. I like that they're sprouted, so it doesn't bother my stomach like raw nuts/seeds.

Didn't care for the taste
I was surprised that I didn't like these -- I eat a lot of natural foods. But there's just something off in the taste. I usually love pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, so I'm not sure if it's the "sprouted" or the "raw" or the "unsalted" or some combination of all three that disagrees with my palette. Regardless, I can't make myself eat these by themselves. Since I don't want to waste them, I'm mixing them with other trail mix or granola when I can, but I won't be reordering. Although I'm sure they are quite healthy and all.

Awesome on salads
I love this mix. Raw unsalted seeds/nuts can be boring, but these are not. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful taste and easy to digest.
I love eating these out of hand. I also add them to bread mix and find they add a wonderful flavor and blend in really well. Bob's Red Mill 10-Grain bread mix is my favorite. I mix these seeds in at 4 tablespoons or more, with excellent results. The texture and rise of the bread is not harmed at all, while the flavor and protein content is delightfully enhanced.
