Very subtle spice. Wonderfully tangy from the lime. Slightly salty (I add extra). In short a delightful mix. I eat this healthful snack everyday.

Okay, but not what I expected
As prices for organic seeds go, this was a reasonable value.
What disappointed me, and why I will not purchase it for myself again, is that with jalapeno on the ingredient list right after the seeds, I expected something with a bite, that would tempt my husband away from carby snacks. It has the tartness of the lime, but I guess dried cilantro is just never going to compare to fresh.
It may be just what you are looking for if you like milder flavors with a tart note.
