Too soft for my taste If you like a softer jerky (but that sort of contradicts the name, doesn't it?) then you'll love Golden Valley. Pros: 1. Made with quality ingredients. 2. No MSG 3. Very good taste. Cons: 1. Way too soft. My favorite turkey jerky is Elgin's, and I've tried to find a product that is similar, and all the jerkys I've tried in the past have been very soft. Isn't there any "real" jerky out there anymore? June 17, 2009
