Very fresh and creamy My very first experience with this chocolate several years ago from a brick and mortar store was regrettable! It was dried out, old and awful. LOVE IT Has a smooth texture, melts easily, no bitter aftertaste, slight fruity overtones. The best dark chocolate so far. I was not a fan of dark chocolate because of the bitterness and slow melt. This brand won me over. February 3, 2013
