I like that it's organic I love trying new chocolate. Ive bought this a few times now from vitacost and the local health food store. It is okay. Not to fond of the sharpness and "tang" it has. I like my chocolate to be a bit softer when I bite into it and this is much harder. Kind of snaps off when you bite into it. Everyone has different tastes so you might like it!
