More palatable than Green Magma If you like the flavor of green tea, this isn't bad at all. I like the taste of this better than the plain Green Magma. I can drink it straight, but I prefer to add an ounce or two of organic juice. Then it tastes more like the juice and less like the greens. Green Foods Barley Essence™ Natural Green Tea Directions

Dissolve two teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal). Store with lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
