She loves it, so I do too!
My daughter is almost 6 months old and is just starting to cut her first tooth. I use this to brush her gums after her meals and she opens up to let me do it - smiling all the while. The bristles are soft and effective in massaging her gums and the guard helps me from gagging her. She's beginning to want to hold it and do it herself. Hoping that she'll develop good oral hygiene habits with this.
