Vegan & gluten, soy and agave free - YAY! I bought one of these bars at Liquid Planet in Missoula & loved it! Hard to find a gluten free bar that is also dairy, soy, and agave free...and tastes good! Really liked the texture of this bar - moist. With 6 grams of protein and 5 of fiber you get a lot a good stuff for 180 calories. Very happy to find it on vitacost and the price is GREAT!
