Great for busy people! Some days, it seems that there is just no time to sit down to a big salad...as I like to do. Great Product I grew up on Shaklee Protein shakes. So, when I was looking to buy a shake from Vitacost, I compared them with Shaklee product. This offered so many more nutrients. I love that I'm getting all of the natural properties ie. broccoli powder and so much more. The taste is just like any other protein shake. I like to make it in the blender with milk, a banana and a few cubes of ice. The only complaint that I have is that one container only has 15 servings, so if you have one shake every morning, it only lasts you for half a month. December 31, 2008
