Taste was a little bit weird at first time because I'd been used to the taste of whey protein. It's okay now. I believe that vegetable protein would be better than animal protein for long period intake.

After reading about this from another person who highly recommended it for its great taste and excellent health benefits, I decided to try it out myself and LOVE it! It has quickly become a part of my daily breakfast regimen. I mix a scoop of this with an apple, a banana, some organic raw kale or spinach, rice milk and water, chia seeds and flax seed and I am good to go until lunch. VERY healthy and I highly recommend it too!

I enjoy the low sugar and high protein feature.
Overall it is a good product. I had to adapt a bit to make it work for me. I add more liquid as it has a tendency to thicken. And I make sure I have plenty of fruit to help sweeten it a bit. I will definitely keep using the product as the overall benefits are what I need.
