Disappointing I am a big fan of Gu gels and had high expectations for Gu Brew, but I'm afraid it fell short of the mark. It's pretty much just poor tasting Gatorade (though the flavor is slowly growing on me after a couple of weeks). Like Gatorade it's loaded up with too much maltodextrin - I don't see any modern science at work in this product. August 27, 2012
