Great Cooking Oil
This was my first experience with safflower oil. I find that it works great for cooking- it works like canola oil, but actually seems to brown the food less (in a good way, when we're talking veggies). I like that the flavor is a lot milder than an olive oil. Good stuff!

Great Oil
Can't determine exactly what it adds to my various dishes but suffice it to say they come out lovely! Also has a high cooking temp so pan frying things is less messy. Recommend!

This oil can be heated without damaging its properties. Occasionally I want to fry, so I use this oil. Completely satisfied.

Great Product and Good company
This is such a wonderful safflower oil. I use it for frying all my potatoes and chicken nuggets and you can use it for salad dressings also. I use it so much I have to buy two bottles a month! Hain is also a good company because they make sure no GMO's are used. You can't go wrong with this product.
