smooth and conditioned
My hair is fine and has gotten more frizzy the older I've gotten. My hair tangles easily so I am always looking for a decent conditioner that will smooth out the frizz and de-tangle.I like this conditioner.and it does a decent job as long as I don't rinse too much of it out. It also lasts a long time because it's thick.Let it sit in your hair for a few minutes before you rinse it out.
If you want a real effective once a week conditioner, use a keratin based one.

Great Conditioner
A sulfate free organic product and comes in a bio-degradable container...made with soy ink. All good for the environment but the conditoner worked really well on thick, course, curly hair. Leaves my hair much smoother with little frizz even in summer.

Just an average conditioner
I was specifically looking for gluten-free hair products and decided to try this. I guess it helps condition my hair somewhat, although the tangles are still there and I need to use a spray detangler, let it rest a couple of minutes and then comb.
Don't know if I'll repurchase.
