Take 2 tablespoonfuls at bedtime with 8 oz. of water on an empty stomach (two, preferably three hours after eating). For increased results, 2-5 tablespoons can be taken. Unlike other collagen products, if you eat late - still take AminoSculpt® as its patented natural enzyme hydrolysis method allows for complete and immediate absorption.

For energy: AminoSculpt® can also be taken upon rising or anytime during the day to support energy.

Results are best experienced when AminoSculpt® is used over a 90 day period (although many people start to notice certain benefits within a few weeks).
