Adults: Take 1 fl oz (2 tbsp) or 0.5 fl oz (1 tbsp) per day. In times of need: Take 2 fl oz (4 tbsp) per day. Do not exceed 3 fl oz (6 tbsp) per day. Always consume adequate amounts of water throughout the day when taking any supplement containing fiber. No refrigeration is necessary unless preferred.
