The Best Fiber! Where has this product been all my life? Gluten free, sugar free and 12g of fiber per ounce! It's soooo easy to take although it's not quite tasteless. If added to water there is a slight bitter taste. But added to juice (or anything else), it's not noticeable and really works. Can be added to any food or beverage hot or cold which makes it really flexible. Everyone in the family can take this in varying amounts without realizing that they are taking fiber. Highly recommended. June 21, 2012

Drink your Fiber I really enjoy the ease of taking liquid fiber, yet I tend to believe that most of my daily intake of fiber should come from natural foods. At my age the liquid fiber is terrific for the days when my diet is less than adequate - I take it at night with no side effects of anykind. It is a great "fallback on fiber" - thanks.
