"I think this is a great supplement so help with detoxification and weight loss. It is a good way to jump start a healthy life style. I can't say that I felt any differen when I used this product nor that I lost a lot of weight. But I think it is a good supplement to a healthy diet and exercise if one wants to lose weight and get healthy as I do."
