Doesn't taste very good when taken by itself. However, I mix it in with orange juice or almond milk and it doesn't taste too bad. Aside from the taste the product is of good quality and a little goes a long way. June 14, 2011

No pill to swallow! A quarter teaspoon of this stuff in a little juice is way better if you ask me than having to swallow a big capsule. I imagine you could even use the 1/4 tsp on your salad, cereal, whatever, without even noticing it's there, as it doesn't have a taste. Like this very much as my source of omegas. February 26, 2009
