"Health from the Sun is th leader in flax products. Flax has too many benefits to mention and I have never been let down from this product. The ONLY strike against this would be that the bags are vacuum sealed and once in while I have been delivered bag with a small puncture...."

"I have been using this product for years. It is very healthful. An easy way to add fiber plus additional omega 3's to your diet. I just sprinkle it on cereal or add it to a smoothie. Kept in the refrigerator, it stays fresh and good tasting for months."

"I have used this Fipro Flax for over a year and it has made me so regular that it is almost a gentle colon cleanse. I use 1T in the morning in 10 oz water and again the same in the evening. I hate eating vegies and with Fipro Flax I get plenty of fiber."
