Fiber & Omega3's All In One!!!
I have used this product for over 15 years, everyday, as a topping on my yogurt. I know I use it excessively, as I pour 6 tablespoons into my yogurt mix of blueberries, sliced almonds, and fat free Greek yogurt. It is a gift from the Gods that keeps me full for long hours of the day, as well as regular! Outstanding product!

Good Product
Health from the Sun is th leader in flax products. Flax has too many benefits to mention and I have never been let down from this product. The ONLY strike against this would be that the bags are vacuum sealed and once in while I have been delivered bag with a small puncture....

Very Good Product.
I have been using this product for years. It is very healthful. An easy way to add fiber plus additional omega 3's to your diet. I just sprinkle it on cereal or add it to a smoothie. Kept in the refrigerator, it stays fresh and good tasting for months.

Great Flax seeds
I have used this Fipro Flax for over a year and it has made me so regular that it is almost a gentle colon cleanse. I use 1T in the morning in 10 oz water and again the same in the evening. I hate eating vegies and with Fipro Flax I get plenty of fiber.
