I Love This
I love this product I have tried several different brands thinking that they are all the same because how can the same husk be different, but I had to learn the hard way, no pun intended. This brand is far superior than some of the more expensive brands that I have tried and if taken regularly at least twice a day then you will be regular with no ill side effects.
Like I said I have been taking this for years and I must admit that I have experimented with other brands but there is no equal to this HPPPH.

Love This Stuff
My kids refer to it as 'drinking river water,' but, for me it's the best thing for getting and staying regular, by creating bulk fiber. I like the refills in the plastic bags, as there's less wasted packaging and they are easy to store. I just fill up the original plastic Health Plus container from the refill. Vitacost has the best price I've been able to find- at a store or online.

Finally!
Health Plus Psyllium Husk really worked for me. I always struggle to find the right Psyllium supplement and have tried many different kinds. This is affordable and the price is perfect. Very high quality.

Indispensable
This product is the most effective at the lowest possible price. 1-3 times daily mixed with juice or milk, RDA ~14g/1000cal. I don't make a move without it.
