Love This Stuff
My kids refer to it as 'drinking river water,' but, for me it's the best thing for getting and staying regular, by creating bulk fiber. I like the refills in the plastic bags, as there's less wasted packaging and they are easy to store. I just fill up the original plastic Health Plus container from the refill. Vitacost has the best price I've been able to find- at a store or online.

Finally!
Health Plus Psyllium Husk really worked for me. I always struggle to find the right Psyllium supplement and have tried many different kinds. This is affordable and the price is perfect. Very high quality.

Indispensable
This product is the most effective at the lowest possible price. 1-3 times daily mixed with juice or milk, RDA ~14g/1000cal. I don't make a move without it.

Best Fiber I have ever purchased
This is the best fiber you can buy bar none. I found the best way to take it is to put a Tablespoon directly into your mouth and drink the water to dissolve it and chase it down. Surprisingly it only takes 5 or 6 swallows to wash it all down and you get the full amount without having to drink a glass of water only to leave a glass full of residue! Try it, you'll see.
