Suggested use for Adults: 2 teaspoons (10g) preferably 1 teaspoon (5g) twice daily. Mix well with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. For children 6-12 years, use 1/3 the adult dosage.
Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.

Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
This product contains Buckthorn and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna and buckthorn may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using this product.
Accidental overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
