So Yucky But it works! I've only used this twice since I bought it and It is very effective. The only complaint I have is that it is quite possibly the most disgusting thing i've ever ingested. Be ready to chase it with lots of water because the flavor sticks around. Nasty stuff, but it works wonders if you can keep it down. January 21, 2013

Suggested Use:
Adults: take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Children 6 yrs-12 yrs: 1/2 the adult dosage.

Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by the Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
