Hard to swallow First thing, the pills are HUGE, more than 2.2cm long and 0.75cm thick. They are terribly hard to swallow. Cutting them in half is hard to do too. I really like that they have a lot of fat burning ingredients but also it says to take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evenings or after a workout. But swallowing them would kick in my gag reflex and just couldn't do it. As I haven't been taking them as prescribed, I can't say if they work or not. July 22, 2012
