This stuff is amazing My wife and I have used this off and on for the last year or so. We've been through 2-3 containers worth. I can honestly say that I feel a lot better when I am using this regularly versus the days when I do not use it. It makes you feel full faster and improves the overall "bathroom experience." I've given a week's worth to several friends and they've all gotten hooked on it with no complaints whatsoever.
