Great Product This is my second bottle. It took a few days to really feel, maybe my age (59) or lack of exercise; but all in all - very effective. I'm able to exercise to muscle failure, pyramid up and down, super set, etc. as I did when I was much younger. May 30, 2010

As advertised performance Used in conjunction with Healthy and Fit's GH complex before bed. Product will be more effective if used as directed (3X a day). I am in Iraq and on night shift, there is no normal routine. When there is gym time, I've noticed that the gains are solid in lifted weight/ reps and sets. I go for complete muscle failure. I also use Cyto sport's Fast twich pre-workout drink. April 30, 2010
