Not a strong fennel flavor
I've had better fennel teas. The ingredients are just fennel seeds. I think it would be better to purchase fennel seeds, crush them in a mortar and pestle and use that for tea. The flavor would be much better.

Nice tasting and good for tummy
Found Heather's website after suffering several IBS attacks and started following her recommended diet along with this fennel tea and the peppermint tea and her acacia fiber. Staying on an IBS safe diet along with her teas and fiber have tremendously helped me so I plan on sticking with this way of life since I feel much better. How I prepare both teas is: bring 2 cups water to boil and then steep for 5 minutes, then keep the bags for another use and steep those for 10 minutes or more. When I'm not in the mood for the full taste of fennel, I steep the fennel and peppermint together and find that makes the fennel more palatable. I recommend this tea for the taste and the benefits of helping my IBS symptoms.

I have made a habit of drinking a cup of this tea every night before bed. It seems to settle my stomach and aid in digestion. I like the mild, somewhat sweet taste too.

Love this stuff!
The taste is way too strong, but I don't drink it for the flavor anyway. I mix it with the Heather's peppermint tea and it helps greatly with painful gas and bloating. Won't do without it.
