"When I learned I was B12 deficient and my red blood levels were low, I began to do research to find the best product for the money. This is by far the best value, has B6 and Folic Acid to help your body receive benefits in the most efficient method and the cost is almost 1/4 of some advertised sublingual B12 products. I was amazed at how quickly I felt better, more energy and healthy. I take one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. I have had no problems with red dye or any staining at all."

"While I have no complaints about the benefit I received from this product, the sublingual factor caused staining on my teeth due to the red dye. I wish they made this with no red coloring."
