Better than the original recipe If you're expecting this to taste like your typical lemonade, it's not, and it's not suppose to, it's the master cleanse recipe, and if you have ever follow the original master cleanse recipe, it taste exactly like that if not better. I'm not really looking to lose weight, but more of detoxing my body every time I feel sluggish. I used the original master cleanse recipe on and off in the past but it's such a hassle to prepared the mixture every morning (because you can't prepare it ahead of time or it'll lose its effectiveness). However, by 2pm in the afternoon, I was already starving, With this, I can actually go a full work day without starving, it actually curbs my appetite. It's also very convenient. I'm 5'2", 116lb. As stated, I'm not doing this for weight lose, but more of a cleansing. I only drink this mixture while I'm at work throughout the day so this bottle last me a whole week. I started this on Monday and this is my routine: I have 2 banana for breakfast every morning before I get to work. Throughout my work day, I only drink this lemonade mixture, I brought some fruits and veggie sticks to snack on during the day if needed but haven't really need to, so basically I skip lunch. Around lunch time though, I have a cup of detox tea (the Yogi skin detox). I just then have a regular dinner with my husband. Then before bedtime, I have another cup of detox tea (the Daily Detox chamomile). That's my routine for the past 5 workday and I weight in at 110.8 lb last Friday night. I resume my normal weekend and eat and do exactly what I normally eat and do, come Monday morning again now, I am now 111.6 lb. I wasn't expecting any weight lose, I just like the refresh feeling after I detox. I will now resume my normal routine and will get back on this next month. August 29, 2012

Simply Slender Master Cleanse supplies two 48 hour diet cleanses, or one more aggressive 4 day diet cleanse.

Shake well. Add 1 oz (2 tablespoons) of Simply Slender Master Cleanse powerful premixed concentrate to 8oz of water. You may use more or less water to taste. Drink 8 times each day. Also enjoy light meals, consisting of only fruits and vegetables, at anytime throughout the day. We recommend you do not exceed portion sizes larger than the palm of your hand at any one time. Refrigerate after opening.

If desired, consume additional water or herbal caffeine-free teas at any time.
