Take 30-60 drops in water 1 hour prior to sleep and again at bed time.  Best results are achieved by the second or third night.

Ingredients: Fresh flowering california poppy herb, fresh valerian root, fresh passion flower herb tip, fresh chamomile flower, fresh lemon balm herb, fresh oat seed in milky stage, orange peel, extracted with 60% grain alcohol, distilled water and vegetable glycerine.
