I slept!
After years of peri- and post-menopause 3 a.m. wakefulness, monkey-mind, toss-turn, etc., this put me to sleep for real. Good product in softgels
I've tried many product for sleeping and this one so far seems to work the best. I like also that it doesn't have added fillers like magnesium stearate.

Finally, a supplement that works as it should
We had tried literally dozens of sleep supplements, and found nothing that would work for my wife. She has difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep. We tried melatonin, and several other natural sleep remedies to no avail.
Deep Sleep by Herbs Etc. lets her get the sleep she needs, lets her sleep completely through the night, and she doesn't have any grogginess upon awakening. It is a lifesaver, and I can't say enough good things about this product. It is worth its weight in gold !

Didn't work for me
I really wanted this product to work, but it did absolutely nothing for me. Tried it for 4 consecutive nights.

Works well, but poppyseed is an active ingredient
This works very well when used as directed. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. The only side is effect is unusally vivid dreams...not nightmares, but definitely outside the norm. When I read the label closely, I saw that poppyseed extract was a main ingredient. I was a little concerned about opiate effects (though the label does state it is not habit-forming), so I switched to another product with valerian root and melatonin. It works, but not as well as this.
