A more complete multivitamin. I bought this product because I was tired of the pills. I wanted a quick and easy way to get my daily dose of vitamins and minerals. I've had other chewable/gummy vitamins that taste just as good too, but the hero nutritional is more complete. Its got a lot more in it. I'm sure there is better vitamin choices out there, but for the quick and easy chewable form, this is great. It tastes like candy, and there's no bad after taste like with other chewables. Same exact vitamin at half the cost With 2 vegetarian members of the family, I needed a supplement that would make them happy. I found these vitamins first in a health food supermarket.
