Herpecin-L HL Lip Protectant, Sunscreen and Cold Sore Lip Balm Stick Directions

Adults and children 12 years or over: apply to affected area on lips at first sign of cold sore, rub in gently but completely, apply liberally as often as necessary, for cracking or dryness continue to cover lips until absorbed. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.

Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Dimethicone (1%) (skin protectant), methyl athranilate (5%) (sunscreen), octyl methoxycinnamate (7.5%) (sunscreen), octyl salicylate (5%) (sunscreen) and oxybenzone (6%) (sunscreen).

Inactive Ingredients: Helianthus annuus oil (hybrid sunflower), petrolatum, ozokerite, mineral oil, microcrystalline wax, talc, titanium dioxide, beeswax, melissa officinalis extract (balm mint), cetyl lactate, glyceryl laurate, flavor, lysine HCl, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol, pyridoxine hcl, panthenol and bht (244-014).

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient in this product. When using this product: Apply only to affected areas, do not use in or near the eyes, avoid applying directly inside your mouth, do not share this product with anyone since this may sperad infection. Stop use and ask doctor if condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
